Camp4Us uses this early-access form to identify and contact people who may be invited to test an upcoming Camp4Us experience. The data controller is Camp4Us. Contact: support@camp4us.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and country.
• Your travel profile, device and voluntary answers.
• Your consent preferences and registration date.
• Technical anti-abuse information in a shortened or hashed form.

Why we use it

We use the information to manage the Camp4Us early-access list, select a varied test group, contact selected participants and improve our launch preparation. Newsletter updates are sent only when you separately request them.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access data until the testing and initial launch programme has ended, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your registration, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@camp4us.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers required to securely operate the registration service, and only for that purpose. We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to an early-access list.
